SHARED SPACE AGREEMENT – MEETINGS

For established 12 step groups (more than 1 year of at least 1 meeting per week) the offering paid to 206 Hall, a not for profit corporation providing space for 12 step meetings of all kinds to the Lee’s Summit Community, shall be $12.50/meeting. For new groups, a 6-month period of 75% of the basket collection each meeting shall be made, not to exceed $12.50 per meeting. The following are the basic requirements of the agreement between ______________________________ group and 206 Hall.

1.Meetings shall be one hour long with entitlement to the facility 15 minutes before the meeting time and 15 minutes after the meeting time. Use of the facility is specifically limited to the group’s meeting alone without exception.

2.The space shall be left in the same condition it was in when entering the hall. Coffee pot’s unplugged, grounds put in the trash and lights out with door locked upon leaving.

3.The 12th step group listed above must designate a representative who will work with the board of 206 Hall on keys and a master list of key holders shall be kept by the board with the name and cell phone of every key holder. Under no circumstances are keys loaned out or duplicated.

5.At any time, 206 Hall retains the right to cancel this agreement and demand return of the keys although this would be under extraordinary circumstances and only after the group’s representative has an opportunity to be heard and to rectify any grievance before the board.

6.If a group desires to cancel this agreement, thirty days written notice shall be provided in writing to the board.

7.Once a weekly time slot(s) is filled on the 206 Hall calendar, the group shall honor the offering payment to 206 Hall by check or money order in the drop box within 206 Hall by the 25th day of each month.
